My goal as a therapist is to help you find your own current strengths and coping strategies, capitalizing on the ones that work, and creating new ones if something is no longer working.
I believe the solutions to your struggles will come through your knowledge and expression of your true self. Through the examination of who you are, where you are, and what you believe comes great peace, clarity of purpose and self confidence. To that end, my orientation is rooted in encouraging acceptance of “who” you are in all domains of your life.
Through such strategies as: mindfulness, somatic grounding and intentional acceptance, your strengths can become your center. My training and experience are multi-faceted with a strong grounding in trauma, attachment and emotionally focused work. I specialize in trauma work with individual adults and with couples.
